TransformCXO Welcomes Michael J. Rosa as Fractional CXO
by Kristyn Drennen
Veteran operator, entrepreneur, and business builder brings more than 35 years of experience scaling companies, driving profitability, and creating enterprise value.
TransformCXO is pleased to welcome Michael J. Rosa to its team of Fractional CXOs, expanding the firm’s depth of operational leadership and firsthand business ownership experience.
Michael brings more than 35 years of experience as an operations executive, entrepreneur, and business builder. Throughout his career, he has led organizations through periods of growth, operational transformation, increased profitability, and successful exits. He has managed organizations generating up to $50 million in annual revenue and has personally generated more than $100 million through businesses he has owned and operated.
What makes Michael’s experience particularly valuable to TransformCXO clients is that he understands the realities of business ownership from both sides of the table.
“Michael has been in the seat our clients are sitting in,” said Kristyn Drennen, CEO of TransformCXO. “He has built businesses, managed risk, created revenue, developed teams, navigated difficult decisions, and ultimately been accountable for the results. That perspective matters. Our clients don’t need someone standing on the sidelines telling them what they should do. They need an experienced operator who can step into the business, help determine what needs to happen next, and work alongside the leadership team to make it happen.”
Michael’s expertise spans operations management, business development, P&L and financial management, strategic planning, startups, process optimization, organizational development, logistics, vendor management, revenue generation, and scalable growth.
Across industries, his work has consistently centered on strengthening the underlying business: identifying opportunities for improved performance, building stronger operating systems, developing capable teams, and creating the structure required for sustainable growth.
As a Fractional CXO with TransformCXO, Michael will work directly with founders and leadership teams to translate vision into execution while strengthening the operational foundation and enterprise value of their businesses.
“I’ve spent my career focused on building stronger businesses that perform,” said Rosa. “That means understanding the numbers, the operations, the people, and the systems—and then being willing to take ownership of execution. I’m excited to bring that experience to TransformCXO and work alongside founders who are ready to build businesses that are stronger, more scalable, and more valuable.”
Michael’s addition further strengthens TransformCXO’s commitment to providing founder-led companies with experienced executive leadership that goes beyond traditional consulting. TransformCXO’s Fractional CXOs embed within leadership teams to help owners drive execution, strengthen operations, develop leadership capacity, and build businesses designed for greater enterprise value.
