That’s why we created the MetaPerformance™ Hybrid Coaching Program—a high-impact, advisory-only engagement combining 1:1 Executive Coaching and Group Operating System Workshops an Live Training for your entire leadership team. It’s designed to bridge the gap between early-stage leadership challenges and scalable, CXO-led execution.

Unlike our Fractional CXO service, MetaPerformance™ Coaching is advisory-only. We won’t run operations for you, but we will equip and coach you to do it yourself with clarity, confidence, and accountability.

MetaPerformance™ Coaching is a hybrid model for scale-ready companies ($1M–$5M in revenue) who are hitting operational or leadership ceilings. Whether you’re running EOS®, Scaling Up, or another operating system, we help you strengthen your leadership capacity, align your team, and execute with discipline.

Clients in this program often become ideal candidates for our full Fractional CXO services—but we meet them exactly where they are today.

Engagement Structure

Investment is less than the cost of one mid-level hire, with the impact of an executive team member.
Commitment: 6-month initial engagement, with the opportunity to extend or graduate into a Fractional offering.
